The Molino Zanone company has a long and important history, a production plant located in the heart of the Mongia Valley, in Piedmont, more precisely in the municipality of Lisio (CN).
A family story that starts over 40 years ago, from an intuition of the Zanone brothers who, aware of living in a Territory that has always had the chestnut at the center of its culture and economy, specialize in its transformation and production, giving life to an activity that, even if they didn’t know it yet, would take them very far. They then add chickpeas to the processing of chestnuts.
The business, generation after generation, has developed by expanding the company, systems, processes and finished products and, thanks to solid experience and those important values ​​that only a family can put at the center of its mission, it soon became a true and a national and international point of reference in the sector. Today Molino Zanone has a production plant located within an area of ​​18,000 m² of owned land, of which 5000 m² is currently covered.
