Olive Oil

Italian olive oils are renowned for their exceptional quality and rich flavour profiles.

The diverse terroir of Italy yields a spectrum of olive oils, from robust and peppery to delicate and fruity, each reflecting its unique regional characteristics.

Vincenzo Marvulli Olive Oil is a small, family-run business in Matera, Basilicata. Giovanni Marvulli set up this award winning company in 2006, naming it after his father ‘Cenzino’.

This extra virgin olive oil is certified organic, both healthy and full of flavors, fruity with a distinct almond after taste and an elegant aroma, averaging almost three times the polyphenols of typical extra virgin olive oils.

Giovanni tends to his 2600 trees with organic sustainable methods controlled and certified by the ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification). Our olive oil has just been named as one of the top 50 extra virgin olive oils in the world!

Giovanni’s pasta is made with its own production of “Senatore Capelli”, an ancient variety of very fine durum wheat. Obtained through craftsmanship bronze drawing and slow drying.
